Microsoft Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 SP1 Released - While Windows 7 SP1 doesn't bring any standout features for the consumer, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (what a name!) does include some important back-end improvements to both performance and security. What are your rates?

Our standard rate is $125.00 a hour.  Remote support starts at $35.00 an incident.  Our services are billed based on time and material unless otherwise agreed.  We only charge for productive time and are always honest and fair when billing for our time.

Do you offer terms?

Our terms are generally "Net Due" upon completion of service.  Invoices are due and payable on invoice date.  We do offer other terms and payment arrangements to our valued customers.

Can I purchase a maintenance agreement?

We do offer maintenance agreements on some equipment.  CCS also offers pre-paid blocks of time at a discounted rate.  Blocks of time are as good as money and can be used for any of our services.

Extended warranties are available on selected equipment at time of purchase and/or before your standard warranties expire.  We are authorized on a range of equipment.  Should a warranty issue arise - we will always be your point-of-contact on all equipment and services you purchase from CCS and will arrange for repair ASAP.

Do you sell software?

CCS can provide you with all of your software needs.  Most companies - big or small - can benefit from Microsoft Open License Program.  Microsoft OLP is a volume licensing program for small to medium size businesses.  This program provides a simple, flexible, cost effective way to buy the latest Microsoft Technology.  We can also provide you with products from Adobe, Symantec, Mcafee, Computer Associates, and others.  Contact  us today about your software needs.

What kind of hardware to you use?

CCS has been providing hardware to our customers since our inception.  Over the years we have learned what is reliable - and what is not.  We learned that HP is the way to go.  We are a HP Certified Dealer and can provide you with HP Servers, Workstations, and Printers.  By being an HP Dealer we are also able to take care of all warranty issues should they arise.  We understand that some customers like to stick to other brands.  That is no problem - CCS has access to all the major brands.  Check out our "Partners" page to see some other equipment and services we use and trust and then please contact us for a free quote on all of your computer/hardware needs.

Do you repair/service printers?

Clark Computer Service is your source for printer repair.  We are HP Certified and work on a wide variety of their printers. We can also repair major brands like: Lexmark, Okidata, Printronix, Epson, and others.   If your printer is giving you problems, give us a call.  We can usually have the problem diagnosed the same day.  If parts are needed we have access to most parts via next day air.
